"Out on a limb" Ltd Ed Print

A$225.00

After spending time as the artist in residence at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary my respect for this small team of heroes only grew. I created this oil on canvas work to celebrate 4 of the 15 species they are heavily involved with in conservation efforts. The critically endangered regent honeyeater, the vulnerable brush-tailed rock wallaby, the vulnerable koala and the critically endangered kroombit tinker frog.

The original painting was sold on the opening night of my solo exhibition “Urban Menagerie” and the proceeds from the sale of this painting will be donated to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary as well as $50.00 AUD from the sale of all the limited edition prints.

Art reproduction prints of this work are available in a limited edition of 30 on rag paper - unframed.

Prints will be rolled for shipping.

The artwork is 50 x 50cm with a 3cm border. Each print is editioned and signed by the artist.

Paper size = 50cm x 50cm  with a 5 cm border

About me

Inspired by my love of animals, I use ink, oils and watercolours to create detailed works that explore the relationships between species and their changing habitats.

By combining my naturalist style, quirky compositions and pairing animals who don’t coexist, I invite people to learn more about vulnerable species and do more to protect them.
